Terms and Conditions

  1. You are requested to fill correct details while getting registered with us, like Mobile Number, Email ID, Address and other demographic details
  2. While placing your order you are requested to make payment on the option that are mentioned on 'Order Completion Page', Dont share 'false or wrong payment' information with us. Your order will only be confirmed after verifiying your Payment thorugh your Payment details. So Please share correct payment details so that we can verifiy your patyment and then dispatch your article as soon as possible. 
  3. After successful confirmaton of your order, you will get your diaptch / Courier Tracking details on NEXT WORKING DAY. 
  4. Delivery of Your product Usually take 7 to 15 days from the date of Order, it depends upon geographical Location and any other unforeseen issues. For Orders, where we are sending it through Post office, we generally send it through Speed Post, and it can take longer period of time. We Use Frontline Courier providers only, but in few cases if any area is not servicable then we use Second tier courier partners as well.  
  5. Any Product related issue after delivery will be considered if you will proviide us 'Opening Video' of the package. If you are raising any issue post 3 days from the date of receipt of the parcel / package, then your issue will not be considered as valid, so there will not be any return or exchange of the product. Refund of amount will be issuelld in specific cases only after completing the formalities as mentioned in point number 7. In case of Refund, the TAT for refund will be 3 days after completing all formalities and post receipt of the item against which the refund has been asked for. 
  6. Unless otherwise agrees in writing signed by an officer of Seller, all delivery dates are estimates Seller shall use its reasonable efforts to deliver all Product within the time specified; however, in no case shall Seller be liable for any expense, loss or damage whatsoever suffered by Buyer as a result of the Seller’s failure to deliver Product by the specified date.

  7. Any order placed with and accepted by Seller may be cancelled by Buyer only upon Seller’s approval in a writing signed by an officer of Seller and upon terms that indemnify Seller against any loss. Seller will not accept order cancellations once a product has been delivered to a carrier, without charging a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of order value to recover retrieval costs incurred. Seller will not accept cancellations of special orders of non-standard, non-price list products and Products sold under a Sale or an offer while using a discounted coupon. Seller may cancel all or any part of this order and discontinue its performance hereunder without liability to Buyer in the event Buyer materially breaches this contract, becomes insolvent, is the subject to bankruptcy protection, or is the subject of a receivership, liquidation, dissolution or similar proceeding.
